Owners of mobile phones with iOS and Android operating systems can use the mobile application. To do this, type "ISBANK GE" in the search field of the relevant "Store“.
In order to use the mobile application, you must be an Isbank Georgia customer and have activated Internet Banking. Then, you will be able to access the Mobile Application with the Internet Banking user and password.

To recover your forgotten Internet Banking password, first send Email to the address support@isbank.ge. Bank representative will contact you to the mobile number registered in our system. After your identity has been verified, a new password will be sent to your mobile phone number as an SMS.

To reset your old password in the Mobile Application, follow the instructions at: More > Settings > Change Password.
