Product and Tariff Disclosures

How to read product conditions, prices and illustrative calculations.

Scope and contractual information

This notice explains the presentation of banking information on the public website. It does not replace the product-specific information, key terms, tariff or agreement that the Bank must provide under applicable law. Before committing, read those documents together and ask the Bank about any unclear condition. A general website notice cannot remove a mandatory disclosure or customer right.

Prices and effective dates

Use the tariff for the relevant business or individual customer category, service, currency and effective period. A publication date, reporting date and tariff effective date serve different purposes. Fees, nominal or effective interest, minimum amounts, terms, payment frequency and early-termination consequences depend on the product and applicable agreement. Where personalised assessment is required, a public illustration is not the Bank’s final acceptance. Changes to existing contracts follow the applicable legal and contractual notice process.

Calculations and currencies

Deposit, loan and exchange illustrations depend on the inputs and assumptions displayed. Availability of a calculator does not mean that every possible customer or transaction qualifies. Review any fees and effective-rate assumptions shown; ask the Bank for applicable pre-contractual information. An NBG reference exchange rate is not automatically an executable Bank buy/sell rate. Borrowing, saving or paying in a currency different from your income can create exchange-rate risk. Variable or indexed pricing may change under the agreement.

Product-specific considerations

For deposits, consider currency, minimum amount, term, interest payment and capitalisation, additions/withdrawals and early closure. The separate Deposit Insurance notice explains the applicable protection. For financing and trade instruments, consider repayment, charges, security, eligibility and assessment. Documentary credits, guarantees and factoring have distinct purposes; publication of a description does not oblige the Bank to issue or finance an instrument. Payment and account services follow their applicable execution, reporting and dispute procedures.

Documents and assistance

Use the agreements and forms, product pages and operational tariffs relevant to the service. Historic information should not be treated as a current quotation. If a required document or current value is unavailable, contact info@isbank.ge, +995 32 244 22 44. Inaccessibility of a web file does not relieve the Bank of a mandatory information obligation. Version: 7 November 2026; effective upon publication.
