Nature of publications
The Bank makes financial and regulatory information available through its reporting and investor-relations pages. Documents may include annual reports, financial statements, independent audit reports and regulatory disclosures for the periods identified. A document’s title, language, reporting period and contents determine its scope; website publication or upload dates are not substitutes for its reporting period.
Reading the documents
Read financial statements together with their notes and, where applicable, the independent auditor’s report. A historical report records its stated period and does not represent a current product offer, interest quotation or assurance about future results. A summary or website extract is not a substitute for the complete document. The fact that one report is audited does not mean that every document on the website has been audited.
Access and corrections
Use the Investor Relations, Financial Statements and Annual Reports sections. Download availability depends on the published file being available. If a link is unavailable or a discrepancy is found, contact info@isbank.ge, +995 32 244 22 44 and identify the document and period. A technical access problem does not remove the Bank’s statutory publication obligations. Relevant regulatory filings can also be available from the National Bank of Georgia.
Integrity and responsibility
Access and file-security controls are intended to protect publication integrity; they are not a warranty that a document is error-free or that a security scan verifies financial accuracy. Regulatory and financial responsibility remains governed by applicable law and the relevant document. Statutory correction and disclosure obligations are unaffected. Version: 7 November 2026; effective upon publication.
