Website Enquiry and Application Conditions

How online requests are received and how they relate to banking applications.

Requests submitted through the website

The public website form is a communication channel for enquiries and requests for contact about banking services. Selecting a product, using a calculator or sending the form does not itself conclude a loan or deposit agreement, reserve a rate, open an account or authorise a payment. Formal banking applications, identity checks and agreement acceptance take place through the appropriate banking process.

Handling and data protection

The Bank uses the information provided to register, route, consider and respond to your request under the applicable processing basis and its Personal Data Protection Policy. An enquiry acknowledgement does not grant unrestricted permission to obtain biometric data, credit-bureau data or information from public registers. Any such separate processing must have its own applicable legal basis and required information/authorisation. Optional analytics and marketing permissions are not prerequisites for an ordinary enquiry.

Receipt and response

The site may display a ticket or receipt after accepting a request. Acceptance, mail-provider acceptance and a completed response are different stages; a receipt is not proof that a staff member has already read or resolved the request. Delivery can require retry or manual handling. If no acknowledgement appears or timely follow-up is important, contact info@isbank.ge or +995 32 244 22 44. Do not use the general form as a payment instruction or urgent blocking channel. Complaint rights and statutory deadlines are not replaced by this general enquiry process.

Product conditions and records

Interest, fees, effective rates and eligibility for a particular product follow the applicable disclosures, assessment and agreed conditions. Calculator results are illustrative. The website’s encrypted enquiry content and sensitive delivery copies are scheduled for erasure after 30 days. Limited receipt/audit metadata may remain without that content; correspondence copies or records lawfully held in other Bank systems have their own retention rules. No promise is made that every copy is deleted after that application period. Version: 7 November 2026; effective upon publication.
